ADMINISTRATION

Administration department handles the day-to-day administrative operations within the company including the supervision of the outsourced staff. Key responsibilities of the department include,
 
  • Purchase of necessary office equipment, materials & premises
  • Liaising with FMCL  and liaising with Government Departments
  • Overseeing security arrangements for the office and verifying and checking miscellaneous bills
  • Supervising protocol arrangement for visiting directors and officials and planning logistics of official meetings. Managing official events and functions
  • Maintenance of leave records, office assets and vehicles.
