His Highness Sayyid Juland Jaifar Al Said has over 15 years of experience at the Oman Investment Authority (OIA) (Previously known as State General Reserve Fund), the largest sovereign wealth fund of the Sultanate of Oman in the areas of Private Equity, Real Estate, and Risk Management. He currently heads the Investment Risk & Assurance function at OIA and has played a significant role in the establishment of the Risk and Compliance function at SGRF in 2013, embedding a risk-based approach to all investment decisions and global risk standards to the investment process and management of the sovereign wealth. The royal decree by His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik dated June 8th, 2020, stipulated that all sovereign investments be under the ambit of OIA, inclusive of Pak Oman Investment Company Limited (“POICL”).

His Highness has served on the board of POICL and some of its subsidiaries since 2017. He has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company in 2021

Mr. Bahauddin Khan

Mr. Bahauddin Khan has 35 years of Banking experience in both Multinational and local banks. He commenced his career with Standard Chartered Bank and has been associated with Deutsche Bank, Union Bank and UBL in senior positions. He joined Pak Oman Investment Company Limited from Bank Al Falah where he was serving as Chief Operating Officer.

A Master in Business Administration, Mr. Khan comes with a diverse enterprise background possessing strong Operations and Technology acumen. His proven proficiency includes all areas of Operations, Compliance, Information Technology, Trade Finance and Treasury along with broad spectrum expertise in other support services.

Mr. Bahauddin Khan is a Director of Pak Oman Microfinance Bank and Chairman of its Advisory Committee and a Director of Pak Oman Asset Management Company Limited.
Beside the above he is also nominee Director of Oman Oil Company on the Board of Orient Power Company Limited, a 212 MW IPP located at Balloki, Punjab.

Mr. Faisal Ali Ibrahim Al Siyabi

Mr.Faisal Ali Ibrahim Al Siyabi Mr.Faisal Ali Ibrahim Al Siyabi has 18 years of professional experience both in the government and private sector with a majority of career in the banking sector of Sultanate of Oman, where he remained affiliated with various positions at Bank Muscat. After a profound banking experience, he moved to the government sector and joined the ministry of finance. In the Ministry of Finance, he remained affiliated with the Directorate General (DG) of Revenue and DG of Treasury and Accounts of the Ministry of Finance of the Sultanate of Oman. During his term in DG of Revenue, he was responsible for improving the efficiency of revenue collection. Currently, he is working as the Project Manager of the Treasury Single Account Project. He is also representing the Ministry of Finance in several private sector projects.

Mr. Omar Hamid Khan

Mr. Omar Hamid Khan is presently serving as Special Secretary in Finance Division. He has versatile experience in Public Development, Policy Formulation, Strategic Management and Implementation at federal/ executive7 levels being a career civil servant. He also served as Secretary Benazir Income Support Program (October 17 – 28, January, 2019), Additional Finance Secretary  (Expenditure) in the Finance Division, Additional Secretary, Economic Affairs Division, Senior Joint Secretary/Spokesman in Ministry of Interior, Senior Joint Secretary in the Cabinet Division, Joint Secretary/Principal Staff Officer to the Principal Secretary to Prime Minister, including various stints as Deputy Secretary Prime Minister’s Secretariat, Establishment Division and Deputy Director Federal Investigation Agency. He has officially travelled in China, Mexico, Brazil, Nepal, USA, UK, France, Spain, Switzerland and Thailand.

Mr. Khan is a MSc. (Zool) from the University of Punjab; with Post Graduate 1 year Diploma in International Relations. He is also a graduate of National Defence University (National Security Course 2010-11)as well as Senior Management Course (2nd SMC) from National School of Public Policy.

Al Ayham Al Ghassani

Mr. Al Ayham Al Ghassani has over 12 years’ diversified experience varied from Oil downstream counter to financial & banking Services field. His academic qualification is extensively thought in the areas of Oil & Gas Engineering and Business Economics studies. He started his career journey at Shell Oman Marketing over a span of 3 years, managing the logistics activities through a full circle of supply chain operations. Then, he played a major role over the optimization of planning & execution orders related to the consumers side. After that, He worked in BankDhofar for a total of 9 years mainly in the Corporate finance department.

He contributed to numerous number of national financed projects led by local & international banks, focusing at the big scale of infrastructure projects. Also, he did a lending part at the small & medium enterprises projects and walked though their difficulties and challenges. Currently, Mr. Al Ayham Al Ghassani is working in the Economic Diversification Investments looking after the national assets launched by government in order to thrive the local economy and meet the national objectives.

Mr. M. Zubair Motiwala

Mr. Muhammad Zubair Motiwala is a prominent industrialist and has played an outstanding role in strengthening the national economy by promoting industrialization. He has served the business community in various capacities as one of the leading representatives from the industrial sector.
He remained Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh on Investment from January 2009 to July 2011 and Chairman Sindh Board of Investment from July 2011 till October 2013.
He carries the honor to be elected as the Chairman of All Pakistan Textile Processing Mills Association (Central). In 1996 Zubair was taken as the member of Prime Minister's Committee on Textile and Exports.
In 1996-97, he was elected as the Chairman of SITE Association of Industry. He also served the industrial sector as the Chairman of the Council of Karachi Industrial Associations during 1997-98 and was elected as President Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 2000.
He has been the Director on the boards of various public and private organization which include Workers Welfare Funds Islamabad, Karachi Electric Supply Corporation, Karachi Water and Sewerage Board, Sindh Industrial Trading Estate (SITE), Export Processing Zone Authority, IBA Karachi, Ziauddin Medical University, National Bank of Pakistan, College of Business Management, Hamdard University, Sir Syed University of Engineering, Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youths Development Programme & Technology and Baqai Medical College Hospital. Mr. Motiwala is on the advisory board of IT and Telecom Division, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of Pakistan, and Federal Tax Ombudsman.
In November 2009, Mr. Zubair Motiwala was nominated as the Board of Directors of “Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA).In February 2010 he was chosen as a Chairman of Steering committee for Investment Promotion in Sindh.
He led several Pakistan trade delegations abroad; in recognition of his leadership skills and business acumen has been appointed as the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Burundi.
