Sitara-e-Quaid-e-Azam awarded to Pak Oman’s Chairman HE Yahya Bin Said

Acknowledging the vital role played by HE Yahya Bin Said, Chairman Pak Oman Investment Company in channeling investment from Oman into Pakistan, the Government of Pakistan has conferred its top civil award Sitara-e-Quaid-e-Azam to him. Besides promoting investment into Pakistan, he has also cited towards promoting better understanding and strengthening ties between Sultanate of Oman and Pakistan.

Pak Oman Investment Company Limited was conferred with the Excellence Award.. Pak Oman Investment Company Limited was conferred with the Excellence Award for being one of the top Foreign Direct Investor in Pakistan that played an important role in supporting economy of the country as well as creation of business opportunities, at the inaugural Diplomatic & Foreign Investment Award 2010 ceremony held on 7 May 2011 in Karachi,. 

The event was organized by Diplomatic Call International Magazine to acknowledge and recognize the commendable role and efforts of foreign direct investors and diplomats in the economic development of Pakistan. 

The awards were distributed by Advisor to the Chief Minister Sindh Mr. M. Zubair Motiwala and Mr. Abdul Qadir Patel, Member National Assembly & Chairman Standing Committee on Interior, Government of Pakistan on behalf of Chief Minister Government of Sind. 

The Foreign Direct Investment Excellence Award was received by Mr. Agha Ahmed Shah, MD & CEO of Pak Oman Investment Company Limited.
